'Arizona highway patrol officers announced they seized more than 100 pounds of high-grade marijuana near Flagstaff in two traffic stops during Tuesday's snowstorm.The Department of Public Safety estimated the street value of the drugs at about $700,000, according to a statement released by DPS.'
