Use Ural sachets if you have to ,i didnt think these would work but they did for me and follow your own instinct about how to use them ,only use the instructions on box for guidance and try take the test with yr regular doctor who wants you to work and therefore overlooks trace elements ...and i mean basically ,why should they care if one smokes pot anyway ,as long as yr reliable ,and dont do it work ,it shouldnt matter
