MI: Royal Oak Won't Return Medical Marijuana

'ROYAL OAK -- The city won't return medical marijuana confiscated from a registered patient during a traffic stop or compensate him for it, according to a letter sent Tuesday to the American Civil Liberties Union.'

A lawsuit coming most probably.

  1. I believe that the the Supreme Court decided not to hear a simular case from California just a few weeks ago....meaning a lower courts decision stood...that police in that case had to return convescated medical marijuana to a patient who was also stopped at a traffic stop.....Sue them ACLU!

  2. That's OK, we figured as much.

Let's see then, the DEA says plants are worth $5,000 each right?

    Send in the lawyers.
