Haha, so O'Reilly's argument against dispensaries is that "hard drug addicts" can buy pot from a dispensary and re-sell it on the street? How exactly does that work when dispensary prices and street prices are essentially the same?
Not to mention the initial investment required to get a doctor's recommendation (a few hundred bucks) and buy weed at 20-30 bucks a gram in quantities large enough to sell. Not exactly your typical stealing-copper-pipes smack addict scheme.
