'Shortly after pot activist Marc Emery turned himself in to police custody Monday morning, he was informed that the federal justice minister had ordered his extradition to the United States.
The self-proclaimed “Prince of Pot” has been on bail since the fall, while facing a five-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana in the U.S.'
