Kansas Becomes First State to Prohibit Synthetic Marijuana

'Kansas Gov. Mark Parkinson signed into law a prohibition on synthetic marijuana today, making the Sunflower State the first in the land to ban the substances.'

Guess some still don't know that prohibition never works. Good luck Kansas.
