There's no reason for any citizen to follow laws they are coerced into living under - strictly due to where they were born - when the people who voluntarily swear oaths to uphold said laws don't follow them themselves.
Also, since this is linked to Pothead Pundit - technically, the 18th Amendment set a Constitutional Precedent that all bans on intoxicating substances of any type require a Constitutional Amendment, specifically due to the 10th Amendment.
So every law banning any drug anywhere in the US is de-facto unconstitutional, and therefore illegal, and therefore corrupt and wrong, as no Constitutional Amendment has ever been passed granted the Federal Government to ban a drug other than alcohol.
