Again with the "What about the children?" arguement, the fine bishop is showing everyone he has no plan to stop the blacks and latinos from getting disproportionately jailed. This prop 19 would stop it at it's source. Done deal. The good bishop also clearly does not know a thing about Cannabis (if he was educated about it he would whole heartedly endorse the prop) since the tree of life can heal and prosper those same communites that are torn apart. Even if all it did was kept a bunch of new kids from going to jail , I would say that would be a good thing
